What is the delivery time for my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, You will receive your order anywhere from 8-40 business days from the date that it is shipped.

How do I track my order? 

Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking code via email or on our site if you make an account.

What are the return & refunds conditions?
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since the order is recived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
We do not accept refunds for buyer ordering the wrong size/variant and only accept a refund for an un-used and unopened item.
Order processing time is 1-3 business days, once your order is processed unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Don't worry if you have an item missing in your received order. To ensure you the most optimized shipping time possible, orders are occasionally shipped out separately so you wouldn't have to pay for shipping.
